Privacy Policy

7le AI (حلة) is an Arabic-first answer engine operated by Addz Est. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Account: email address, and name + profile picture when you sign in via Apple or Google.
• Usage: your queries, the answers we returned, citations, and per-day request counters used to enforce plan limits.
• Billing: if you subscribe, we store your plan tier and payment status. Card details are handled by our PSP (PayTabs) and never touch our servers.

2. How we use your data

• To answer your queries (sent to LLM and search providers).
• To enforce free-trial and subscription limits.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing).
• To debug and improve the product.

3. Third-party processors

We share the minimum data required with these processors:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
• Vercel — web hosting and edge functions.
• Anthropic, DeepSeek, Cohere — LLM and embedding providers (receive query text).
• Serper, Firecrawl — web search and page extraction.
• Cloudflare — CDN and DNS.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Upstash — rate-limiting counters.
• PayTabs — subscription payments.

4. Data retention

Your conversation history is retained while your account is active. Delete your account from Settings to permanently remove your data. Aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@7le.ai.
